This month we experienced some great client progress, including a client almost doubling their targets from a Kickstarter campaign, and another client beta testing a new business process for online customer acquisition with a ratio of $1 spending equalling $800 of new revenue in a scalable model. The cover page for the Globe and Mail’s report on business featured MTA’s high growth clients and spoke about the rise of Winnipeg’s economy wherein MTA was a driving force. This all speaks to momentum.
Achieving early success was very hard, but now with some tangible steps of progress, we have momentum. Our phone rings more often vs us dialing out. People want to be associated with us to help their personal brand. The key now is not to become satisfied or to forget the basics tenants which led us to early success. Only work with good people, ensure market pull, effective and often communication, treat everyone with respect, and stay focussed on meaningful objectives.
