MTA is now reaping the benefits of a network which took years to establish.  This month, Counsel Shen from China’s embassy visited MTA seeking to build innovation collaborations with Manitoba and China.  Outcomes such as these are the result of relationships formed and fostered over several years.  While BAI’s are often focussed on hitting their short term milestones and deliverables, a good practice is to allocate some time and attention to activities which take longer to develop but richen the environment for the start-ups we work for.
