Our focus has been to build companies and be heads down.  Now with some success, we are starting to form partnerships with other high performing organizations.  The power of a team is incredible.  BAI’s should seek out relationships, define projects with clear roles and responsibilities and then see the how 2+2 = 7 when you work well with a team aligned around a goal but with diverse perspectives.
